Indianapolis is one of the most affordable housing markets in the nation, and over half over our residents purchase a home or condo. There are many great options within walking distance to the downtown campus; within 15 minutes away in the historic Northside, Broad Ripple village or near Eagle Creek Park; or more country/suburban life within 20-30 minutes drive in any direction. Very nice average starter homes range from $100,000-$150,000 and apartment rents range from $600-$800 per month.
