Application Process:

After relevant materials are completed, we will contact all individuals for either an in-person or phone interview.

Medicine:

Applications will be processed through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) at https://www.erasfellowshipdocuments.org/ and will open in July for the application cycle. Please submit your common MyERAS application form along with the following documents via the ERAS system:
  • Personal statement
  • CV
  • Three letters of recommendation from faculty members at your institution, including one from your program director or chair.
  • Your board scores.

Psychology:

Eligible applicants can either be predoctoral or postdoctoral students who are or have been enrolled an accredited psychology training program in the United States.  Applications will be processed through the LEAH Director of Psychology Training and will open in July for the application cycle.  Please submit the following materials:
  • Writing sample- 3 page paper written independently by the candidate
  • A personal statement
  • A CV
  • Two letters of recommendation from faculty members at your institution

Nutrition:

Eligible applicants can either be enrolled in a bachelor degree program in dietetics, post bachelors, or a graduate program in nutrition sciences or related healthcare degree, e.g., Masters or Doctoral. We also accept post graduate candidates wishing to pursue a post graduate experiences in adolescent-focused nutrition scholarship.  Applications will be processed through the LEAH Director of Nutrition Training and open in July for the application cycle.  Please submit the following materials:
  • A personal statement
  • A CV
  • Two letters of recommendation from faculty members at your institution
