Thank you for your inquiry regarding the Indiana University School of Medicine's Allergy/ Immunology Fellowship Program. We will soon start accepting applications for July 2018. Prospective fellows must have completed a US-accredited residency program in pediatrics, internal medicine-pediatrics, or internal medicine, by the time they start fellowship. They must be eligible for the ABP or ABIM exam.
Trainees Accepted Each Year: 1
Duration of Fellowship: 2 years
Joint Residency (Fellowship) Availability: Physician Scientist Training Program available.

When applying, please complete the application in its entirety and submit:
- Three (3) letters of recommendation from physicians familiar with the applicant's medical training, (one of these must be from the Director of the applicant's Residency Program)
- One copy of the applicant's medical school transcription
- A one page personal statement
- A current curriculum vitae.
