Supervision

Each fellow will meet with the program director and/or division chief at least quarterly for a critique of performance and progress. During the first year, the fellow should choose a "mentor" and personal training director. He/she will serve with the program director as a "dissertation committee". This committee will help decide if a fellow has satisfied clinical and research requirements to qualify for sub-board certification. In addition to the major research efforts, each fellow is expected to perform, present, and submit for publication clinical projects, with a faculty advisor/collaborator.
