Follows 90% of Indiana’s HIV+ children. These include children seeking care for documented pediatric HIV/AIDS infection or infants who were exposed at birth and whose HIV status is under active diagnostic investigation. Counseling is provided on site at each visit

Clinic devoted to the evaluation of children with possible immunodeficiencies and severe recurrent or unusual infections – including recurring fevers, pneumonia, and infection of bones or joints.

The only pediatric histoplasmosis clinic in the country which diagnoses and treats this type of fungal infection, endemic to the Ohio River valley region.
Infectious Disease Subspecialty Clinics Pediatric Travel Medicine Clinic at Riley is dedicated to providing comprehensive travel advice to families with small children and adolescents traveling overseas. It is devoted to the prevention of travel-related medical problems in the young international traveler, and to evaluating and treating pediatric travel-related illnesses. The most common of these include malaria, hepatitis A, diarrheal disease, typhoid fever, yellow fever, tuberculosis and a variety of parasitic infections. Families receive extensive education in preparation for travel, including up-to-the-minute medical issues prevalent in the area of their travel. In addition, the clinic offers the appropriate medications, vaccines and most importantly, advice needed to protect travelers. The clinic provides care for children of all ages as well as for accompanying adult family members.
