IU Health West Medical Center is a community hospital located in a western suburb of Indianapolis. At IU Health West, we strive to provide a sanctuary of healing based on patient choice and relationship-centered care by creating a unique healing environment for patients and their families. Our new 11 bed Special Care Nursery provides care for newborns up to 32 weeks of gestation or requiring respiratory support via nasal CPAP or high flow nasal cannula. Our staff consists of neonatologists and pediatric hospitalists affiliated with Riley Children's Hospital.
