Residents

We have a large, diverse group of excellent residents in our pediatric residency programs. Each year, we take 25 categorical pediatrics residents; 14 Med-Peds residents; 2 EM-Peds; and 2 Triple Board/Psychiatry residents.

We have a diverse program with a balance of outstanding residents from all over the country and world (see map of where we are from below). We look for the best and brightest from every background— presently we have 123 US MD medical graduates, 11 international graduates, and 8 osteopathic graduates in our Pediatric programs (all levels- categorical and combined). Residents are one of our greatest strengths as excellent clinicians, teachers, colleagues, and friends. Although it is a large-size program, our group is very close and shares in social activities, sports teams, book clubs, and numerous other aspects outside of medicine.
